Smokey, sweet, a little kick, this spice really does cover it all, we like to roast it nice and slow in the over to give that Rotisserie feel or to place it in whole for a Gumbo or Jambalaya style dish.

Paprika, Black Pepper, Garlic, Chilli powder, Sea Salt, Oregano, Thyme.
Our birds are free to range around pasture on a farm in North Yorkshire. They’re fed a unique diet which includes over 10 varieties of fresh herbs, a by-product of a local Herb Farm.
The fresh herbs enhance the natural flavour of the meat giving it a greater depth and unique taste.
Our chickens are a Ross bird that have been allowed to reach maturity naturally, therefore the taste and texture has had time to develop further. They're slaughtered at 8-9 weeks of age compared to their supermarket counterparts that are on the shelf within 4 weeks.
