Best Beef Braising Steak
Braising steak is the true king of the slow cooker. Brown it off in a pan with some oil, before adding to a heavy based pan with veg and stock. Leave it to simmer for a few hours and you’ll have a lovely stew. You can add spices to make it a curry.
