Wood Fired, Chipotle Pulled Pork Meal
In collaboration with The Free Range Kitchen, the mastermind behind our pies we’ve created a wood fired, chipotle pulled pork meal.
Our Woodland reared pork was charred over fire, before getting slow cooked down in a smokey, chipotle sauce and shredded with beans.
Defrost thoroughly before reheating. (This product is frozen and packed as soon as it’s made. This helps to seal in flavour & keep the meat as fresh as the day it was butchered.)
Pre-heat oven to 180c (170c if using a fan oven), place container onto a tray on middle shelf and heat for 20 - 25 minutes (lid on), until piping hot throughout. Carefully remove lid and serve.
Serve with rice, tacos or flatbreads, a dollop of yogurt and salad.
